Virtegra limited is pleased to announce its collaboration with Cranfield
University to offer BEST for SAP project initiatives. BEST, developed by
Cranfield University in partnership with 11 partners from 10 European
countries is a planning tool to help the project team to identify the
project tasks that are needed to prepare the organisation for the IT
solution.
The aim is to ensure that the organisation and people are
prepared for the changes that the new IT solution brings to the business
and operation processes. Thus shortening the time that the
organisation spent on post implementation adaptation, allowing the IT
solution to bring business returns rapidly.
